There is only one speedometer, in the middle of the dash.
Water pump is located below alternator on passengers side

If the grinding sound seems to be coming from the speedometer and grinds faster as your speed increases, the likely cause is the speedometer cable. At least some 1990 Dodge trucks (mine) have electric speedometers Len
To change the speedometer in a 1990 Dodge van, start by disconnecting the battery to ensure safety. Remove the dashboard trim and unscrew the instrument cluster to access the speedometer. Carefully detach the speedometer cable and remove the old speedometer from the cluster. Install the new speedometer, reconnect the cable, reassemble the cluster, and replace the dashboard trim before reconnecting the battery.
In the 1990 Dodge Spirit, the starter is located on the passenger side of the engine, near the transmission bell housing. It's mounted to the engine block and can be accessed from underneath the vehicle. You may need to remove the heat shield and some other components for easier access during replacement or maintenance.
Dodge does not use inertia/reset switches.
There isn't a speedometer cable. There is a speedometer sensor, where it is located I am still trying to find out. On the tranny or in the speedometer or somewhere else?
"5-1/4"
Struts front, shocks rear.
The legality of replacing the odometer would be in question. I would take out the dash with the speedo and take it to a certified speedometer repair facility. Like stated before, I would buy a service manual or cd.
No, ususlly no internal damage if belt breaks.
