If the 1998 is a Civic then yes it will fit.
The pcv valve on the 98 civic ex 4dr may possibly be in the same location as the 2 door. It should be directly above the oil filter which you have to remove first. Once you remove the oil filter then you should be able to see the pcv valve with a bright spotlight. To remove it, is another story in itself.
The oil filter for a 98 Olds Regency is on the side of the engine. The filter is a screw on type.
Mine is Civic DX 97. Believe it's the same. Get under your car, take off your oil filter, your PCV valve is right above your oild filter. It's recommended to replace it from there. Good luck!

This is not even a question...so what kind of response are you looking for?If you're asking where the cabin air filter is on a '98 Civic, the answer is nowhere. Honda started using 'cabins' in the 7th generation Civic (2001-2005).
