You can check it by using an ohm meter and measuring the resistance to ground: 0 pressure, > 83 ohms; 57psi 26-37 ohms, 85 psi 18-26 ohms - all according to the manual. Be sure you are on a solid ground connection and take into account any series resistance from the leads to the meter (check zero by shorting the leads together on the 100 ohms or similar scale).
