Right down by the oil filter.
It is in the oil Pan. You will have to drop the oil pan to change it.

Do you mean the Temp sending unit, oil pressure sending unit, or fuel level sending unit?
Trying to bleed my 2001 f250 master hyd. clutch and slave cylinder but there are no bleeder valves on either one, I know it has air in lines but can't seam to get it out.
the oil pressure sending unit on 1997 and up to 99 wrangler tjs and saharas are right above the oil filter i believe which is located on the left hand side of the block.
On a 4cyl it is on the back of the block. On a 6 cyl it is near the oil filter.
I have the same problem in my '95 straight 6. Mine is the sending unit. That could be it.
Assuming this is a 4.3 L engine, and assuming you are looking for the coolant temperature sending unit, it is located between #3 and #5 spark plugs on the drivers side cylinder head. It has one wire attached to it.
The 6 cylinder oil pressure switch is located on the passenger side rear of the block. It is a single wire connection with a gray/yellow striped wire
The 2000 Dodge Caravan oil sending unit is located on the bottom of the engine. It is on the front on a six cylinder, and the rear on a four cylinder.
