The airbag ECU on a Vauxhall Vectra is located in the engine bay. It is on the side of the engine on the passenger side.
You will need to remove the fuse identified as "passenger airbag". the fuse box is located on the driver's side kick panel.
open passenger side fusebox, locate and disconnect yellow plastic fuse harness as well as airbag fuse
yes - disconnect the fuse for it
at passenger side in the smart box under the passenger's airbag.
5 Ampere fuse nr 32 ( 4th on the bottom line ) Unfortunately it also kills driver airbag + ABS, which you do not want to do.
