The Pendant of the Sea Lion is an amulet required to complete the Druid quest to gain the Swimming Form. This is no longer necessary, as Druids can learn the skill from the trainers, but the quest can still be done.
One of the parts of this amulet is found in Westfall (for Night Elves) or the Barrens (for Tauren). In Westfall it is out of the coast, near an achor out the beach. Swim deep into the water from there to find a lockbox. In the Barrens it is near the Sludge Fen in the north, near a barrel by some Goblins.
Darkshore has the second part of the pendant; swim north-west from the Night Elf town until you see a pair of rocks that look like a lobster claw - it will have some monster swimming around it. The chest is in between these two rocks on the ocean floor.
Tauren need to go to Silverpine Forest, and swim west from the shipwreck on the shore until they find the chest. Be careful as there are some dangerous undead mobs around.
The plant life that share habitat with a sea lion varies depending on the region of the world the animal lives. The sea lion is a diverse animal that can be found all over the world. The aquatic plants sharing the ecosystem are what is native to the waters the sea lion is in.
Operation "Sea Lion" was the planned invasion of Britain by the Germans in 1940.
The sea lion you are probably referring to is Operation Sea Lion. Operation Sea Lion was the German plan to invade the island of Great Britian. The plan was an amphibious invasion after the Luftwaffe, the German Air Force, had bombed the British into submission. But the bombing campaign failed and Operation Sea Lion never happened.

Probably a California Sea Lion. Sea Lions swim with the front flippers and steer with the back. Opposite for Seals.
The genus of a sea lion is Zalophus. This genus includes two species of sea lions, the California sea lion (Zalophus californianus) and the Galápagos sea lion (Zalophus wollebaeki). They are both known for their playful nature and agility in the water.
