ok for example lets say ur pet is named spike. u will receive mail called "subject:spike" it will say he ran away and stuff so heres wat u do to get ur pet back. lets say spike is a black dragon. click shop. click pets. pet rescue will be there.click it. there will be a egg there(in this case spike,the black dragon)click the egg then click rescue. CONGRATULATIONS! you have rescued your pet!
