The pirate is in the Old Harbor and its the second place in the Old Harbour. So when you get to the Old Harbour, you see one place/door/store then you go to the next one, and go in it, and there it is. That is where the pirate is. Some people, like me call it to get there, "Old Harbour Second Place". Thankz!
