The switch to operate the horn on a 1965 Ford Mustang is located at the center of the steering wheel.
No you can not, the 67 had a different body style than the 65-6
the newer bulbs that replace the older ones draw more power and overheat the headlight switch. buy a new headlight switch and try that, it worked on my 67.

If the '65 was in compatible condition to the '07 (runs good, no rust etc) I would do it in a heartbeat. But finding parts may become an issue, down the road.
