Where is the policeman on Counterfeit Island?

The policeman is at the Police Station in the Downtown area. The police are pretty much useless on the island, as the only one investigating anything is the lady Chief Inspector. (She was variously called the 'commissioner' and the 'investigator' when the island was first released.)

You will find her first at the Museum, then later at the jail when you are arrested, and finally at the Security Office in the Museum when you are examining the security videos. This is the last time she appears as the Commissioner.
