On a 1999 Lincoln Continental, the power steering switch is typically located on the power steering pump itself. You may need to access it from the engine compartment, near the front of the engine, where the power steering pump is mounted. If you're experiencing issues with the driver's side power window in your Lincoln, it may involve a faulty window motor, a broken switch, or a damaged regulator. Start by checking the fuse related to the power windows, and if that's intact, test the switch and motor for functionality. If the problem persists, consider consulting a professional mechanic or taking your vehicle to a Lincoln dealership for a thorough diagnosis and repair. Regular maintenance can help prevent such issues in the future.
