The answer depends on what you mean by "the prayer of a sinner." If you mean the prayer of the man who confessed himself to be a sinner, it is found at: Luke 18:13, 14 - "And the tax collector, standing afar off, would not so much as raise his eyes to heaven, but beat his breast, saying, 'God, be merciful to me a sinner!' I tell you, this man went down to his house justified rather than the other; for everyone who exalts himself will be humbled, and he who humbles himself will be exalted." However, if you mean the prayer that a sinner can supposedly say to "let Jesus into their heart" and be saved, it is not found in scripture. The Bible does not teach that one can be saved through prayer.
