quad driver are 4-5 volt switcvhes built into the cars cpu or pcm they are usually used for fan control signals and electric air pumps and emissions solenoids if you have cooling fan problems its easier to bypass computer and ground green terminal on fan relay better then 200.00 dollars for new pcm (computer). fan will work all the time when car is started but thermostat keeps even temp. it works
