actually, to fill up the radiator with coolant, you have to fill up the resevoir. it is a round, plastic compartment, just above the washer fluid compartment on the top left side of the engine. There is a "maximum" line that you fill it up to.
On the right side by the windshield wiper fluid

If it is an air cooled engine then it will not have a radiator cap.
The old Beetles were air cooled, no radiator cap.
The Chrysler Cirrus was only built from 1995-2000. The radiator cap is located on the housing where the upper radiator hose hooks to the engine.

There is no cap for the radiator. To add anti-freeze to your radiator you have to fill it from the overflow. To find that trace a small rubber hose from the top of the radiator to what should be a plastic container
that's easy.... you don't... there inst a radiator on a beetle. its called an air cooled engine for a reason.
