My guess is it's the same place my 1995 Olds 88 LSS radiator plug is - lower left on the back (engine) side. It is extremely difficult to get to. Just look for the (in my case) bronze-looking thumb screw. Hope this helps.
Typically there is a petcock valve on the lower left side of the radiator, unscrew the petcock to drain the radiator. On radiators without a petcock, you would remove the lower hose to drain the system. (Quite messy!)

My 1992 Olds Delta 88 has the serpentine belt diagram on the top of the radiator

There isin't one you just have to pull the lower radiator hose off.
Standing at front of car, drain plug is near the bottom on the right hand side of radiator. it is black and plastic...plug will not unscrew all the way.....i think about two and a half turns and coolant will start draining. oh yeah, make sure car is not running when you do this!

Should be a threaded hole at either the bottom or rear of the radiator
Directly behind the engine, on the middle of the firewall.
That car doesn't have a cabin filter.
