RAM (or Random Access Memory) is how much memory you have on your computer and/or laptop. You would have to delete some things that you don't need to bring it down, or consult with a professional or someone knowledgeable to see if you should get more RAM. You can view your RAM by going to your Control Panel, opening "System Tools", then open "System Information" and look for "Total Physical Memory" and "Available Physical Memory." Viewing your RAM, however, may vary with your computer and/or laptop. If it does, you may need to look around or call someone knowledgeable on that specific computer and/or laptop.
