The Relay for what - door locks or something else?
Power windows are protected by a circuit breaker. So you would have to have a bad relay ,the master switch is defective or you have a broken wire where the door opens.

The 1993 Acura Legend fuel pump relay is located on the firewall in the engine compartment. The fuel pump relay will be on the passenger side of the firewall.
No... the rear windows are different... the window of the 2 door has a concaved shape where the 4 door is closer to being flat. ..
You can also check the plug that goes to the master window control inside the front driver side door panel. If that plug comes loose none of the windows will work because they are all wired through that plug for the window lock feature...

Has it been in an accident, has there been water damage, things like that can all cause the wires to fray or get damaged test the master window switch
