The physical address says Port Arthur, but the physical motel is located in Sabine Pass. Just built and opened 7/2010. Sounds like a nice place for summer. I've seen it, it looks nice and clean. Thinking about staying there one summer weekend to enjoy the beaches. I think it's only $50/night.
