Hell no. Santa muerte is a spiritual being. Some see her as an angel, goddess or saint. She has roots in an ancient Aztec goddess. She may be viewed as satanic by people who are intolerant to groups and beliefs that are different than theirs and say that there religion is the one and true way. She is also mixed with Catholicism but not accepted by the catholic church as she is pagan. Just because something comes from a different culture or background doesn't make it bad or evil. But Santa muerte should be respected and not abused!

The dream appears to be a strong warning from your own mind of the danger of risky behavior. Your own spirit calls you to repentance and personal renewal. Alternatively, it is natural to dream about anything that occupies your thoughts or attention, so if you worship the Santa Muerte, it would be natural to dream of her. The Santa Muerte's position on a rock is probably not significant unless the location has some unique meaning to you personally.
