on six island there is an area called dotted hole. when you get to it use cut on the door and follow the braille directions. when you get to it a scientist appears and takes it saying it will sell it to team rocket then runs off. go to the rocket warehouse and when you get to and beat the second admin you will have to face off his team. they are all level 45-50 so beware and good luck!
