Yes, you can download the 3D Pipes screensaver from the Internet as a zip file. Open the zip file on your computer, extract the files and save to your desktop. Once the files are extracted and saved install the screensaver and you will be able to run it.
There is no tool in windows 7 to do that. But I'm sure that there is something on the internet that will let you do this.

To select the bubbles screen saver, go to your regular desktop then right click. Go to properties on the bottom, then click screensaver in the big window that pops up. You can pick the screensaver you want.
