Oil capacity for the gearbox on 2002 Yamaha YZ85 is 500cc, after overhaul 550cc according to my book.

Valentino Rossi currently rides for Fiat Yamaha. He has ridden for Yamaha since the 2004 season. Before that, he rode for Aprilla in the 125cc class in 1996 and 1997 and the 250cc class in 1998 and 1999, and Honda in 500cc in 2000 and 2001 and MotoGP from 2002 until the end of the 2003 season.
Most Yamah Enduros have the oil amount stamped into the case right next to the fill/dipstick cap. It will usually be listed in cc. For instance, my 1978 GT80MXE says 500cc. You could also call your local Yamaha dealer and ask them. Be sure NOT to overfill the gearcase!
yes
You cannot normally play in 500cc. If you want to do so, you'll have to get an Action Replay and use a code for it.
