On the second part of Sophian Road. When you enter that part there will be water. Jump over the river and then go up abit past a man or boy. then there will be another part of the river again. Jump it and then there will be a carnivine. Catch it if you wish but you don't have to. then there will be a large space where the monument is. But brace yourself, after you tap the monument there will be Pokemon pinchers so get ready! hope this helped!!!! :)
