The Sorceress's Garden is a Thieving activity located in Al Kharid. The activity can be started by talking to Osman in Al Kharid.
You can access the garden from the Sorceress's house, which is just east of the path leading to the Shantay Pass. Talk to the Apprentice on the Ground floor who will tell you a story and you must convince her to teleport you into the garden. You will only have to listen to the story once and then there will be a right click option on the Apprentice.
