Basicly it is a large tower in the game. you know the Pokemon bellsprout right? there are loads of trainers in there and they all use bellsprouts in the battles (use fire type) but near the top of the tower there is a master (whos really good at using bellsprout.
the rumor is that apparently there is a very large bellsprout within the tower, if you talk to them they will tell you about it.
