There is a respawning Sultan RS hidden behind the old garage block by the abandoned mansion in Westdyke, Alderney (the track leading into there is opposite the Burger Shot in Alderney).
This is the same mansion where Nico left the hijacked van containing the cocaine, for Phil Bell.

∙ 14y agoThere are a few locations for the Sultan in GTA: San Andreas:
- You won't find it being driven around Los Santos very often, but more likely to find it being driven around San Fierro and Las Venturas.
- In San Fierro, it is a gang car for the Triads on their territory.
- The Sultan will also spawn in Wang Car showrooms in San Fierro, after completion of the Wang asset missions.
