A failed switch is a common cause.
The fog light switch is on the end of the turn signal switch. Just pull the end of the turn signal switch and the fog lights will come on. (Turn signal switch and fog light switch are one assembly)
Turn the headlights on and pull the end of the switch out.
If equipped, turn the headlights on and pull the end of the switch out a little bit.
under the driver set there is a fuse box, locate it, once you've opened the fuse box flip the cap over and find the fuse for the fog lights. pull it out. fog lights bypassed.
I had the same problem with my 2002 PT a while back. It is caused by something faulty in the turn signal mechanism. After so many uses there is something that wears out, the easiest solution is to find the fuse that powers your fog lights and take it out. That's what I did after getting stuck with a drained battery because the fog lights stayed on all day while I was at work! Hope this helps
Pull the connectors off at the bulbs. But the PT's were great for having the switches go bad. Jiggle the switch around and see if the lights go off. If they do, go to the dealer and ask for a multifunction switch. They aren't terribly expensive. This is most likely your problem.

No, the target wheels for the cam and crankshaft sensors are different.
It depends on what lights, did you turn on a switch, open a door, If they are dash warning lights, you have a malfunction.
A 2005 PT Cruiser does have a fuel pump relay. They have a fuel pump relay rather than a fuel pump switch. The fuel pump relay is located in the fuse box.
Because that is its job and that is what it will do.
