Which motor do you have SOHC or DOHC?
Refer to the link below
I just paid $50 today for my 1995 DOHC's at Kragen.
its under the car on the passenger side on the engine side of the radiator. its a inline thermostat
The 1995 General Motors/Chevrolet Corvette came equipped with the 5.7L OHV LT1 and a 32V DOHC LT5 small-block V8. The thermostat will be located towards the front center of the engine bay. It can be found be following the prominent upper radiator hose to its base on the engine.
I don't know were it is located, but I do know there are 2 of them. An up stream & a down stream. I need to know were both of them are located, for I have a 99 Saturn SL2 DOHC

It depends on the specific engine. At the upper hose is more common, but some are on the lower.
The thermostat on the 2.4L is at the engine end of the upper radiator hose. On the v6 it is under the housing where the lower radiator hose attaches.
if you follow the lower rad hose, under the engine it connects to a metal pipe which goes up the back of the engine. the thermostat is located in that pipe where it joins to the water pump. I found yhe least frustrating way to change it is to remove the exhaust pipe and manifold, and you will be able to see the housing clearly.
