There are two. One is located on the drivers side of the coolant pipe in front of the engine on top. The other is at the end of that pipe, closer to the engine, and to the right. Both are bolted inline with the pipe. Usually only one is bad but it isn't a bad idea to replace both at the same time.
Remember to carefully refill your coolant. This takes a long time because of the intercoolers. be patient and make sure it is topped off. Use the orange antifreeze as directed. GM Dexcool is fine.
