It does not. I have a '93 Summit Wagon, that does not have it. I'm pretty sure it was in '94 they added a driver side airbag, and a passenger one in '95.

After replacing the bulb, the frame can simply be pushed back on. This method applies to a 1993 Mitsubishi Space Runner, but can very probably be used for a 1995 Eagle Summit wagon.
