Where is the town in Super Mario 64?

First off, you need to be able to access the 2nd floor, then go to the 'Wet-Dry World' which is the picture with the blue spider on it on the 2nd floor. Then in one of the corners there will be a big tall cage like thing. there are 3 ways to get into it. 1.) Cannon into it. 2.) be mario, turn into a balloon and float in. 3.) turn the water up as HIGH as it can go and jump in, then keep swimming down, then across, then up, and there you go, your in the underground town!
