YES, It will.
It is built into the mass air flow sensor. 1 unit.
It will have the 4L60E trans. in it.
The speedometer sensor on a 2003 Chevy Tahoe Z71 is located in the engine compartment. It is on the transfer case.
On the 1999 Chevy Silverado Z71 4WD, the speed sensor is part of a module. It is located next to the transmission housing.
I have a 97 Tahoe with the 5.7 Vortec engine and the coolant temp sensor is located on the drivers side of the block, just about 1/3 way back in line with the spark plugs. It has an electrical connection that runs up to close to the throttle bottle. I thought mine was bad becasue my temp gauge seems to always show @ 160-170 and I put in a 192 degree thermostat. Why they take the engine temp sensor from the side of the block I have no idea. An easy way to check to make sure you have the right sensor..........run the engine to temp, disconnect the electrical connection and see if the temp gauge goes down , reconnect and it should go up.
should be located on the side of transmission
location right bank knock sensor 2003 5.3 z71
Need to check the speed senor on the trans-fur case

where is the speed sensor located on the 2004 Chevrolet suburban 4 wheel drive z71
the bell housing is DIFFERENT on the 97 trans. You must put a 1993 to 1995 or 1998 are 1999 4L60E transmission back in it. The 1996 and 1997 will not work in the 98.
