A Manual Transmission has no "Filler Cap" there is a Filler Plug on the side of the transmission where you check and fill from.
I advise purchasing a manual if you plan on D.I.Y.

My 1998 Rodeo transmission fluid is filled, by removing a filler nut on one side of the transmission (from below) .. with the other filler nut removed on the other side. When the fluid flows out, it is full. This is what a local service station told me. For a few years Rodeo's did not have a filler in the engine compartment.

No.
To replace the clutch in a Holden Rodeo 4x4 Turbo Diesel, start by safely lifting the vehicle and removing the transmission. Disconnect the battery and drain the transmission fluid. Then, remove the clutch assembly, including the pressure plate and release bearing. Install the new clutch by aligning it properly with the flywheel, reattach the pressure plate, and reverse the disassembly steps to reassemble the transmission and reconnect all components.
