no tiburon has a dipstick for the tranny fluid. you have to take off the fill plug and check with your finger.
The transmission is located in close proximity to the engine, usually (in Hyundai's) transversely mounted directly under and behind the engine (behind the engine in terms of: following from the front of the vehicle towards the rear of the vehicle). If you follow the transmission fluid dipstick housing (shaft) down - that transmission fluid dipstick housing will end directly into the upper-most part of the transmission housing.
On a 2008 Hyundai Elantra, the transmission fluid dipstick is located towards the back of the engine bay, near the firewall. It's typically found near the transmission itself, and it may be identified by a colored handle, often yellow or red. To check the fluid level, make sure the engine is running and the car is in park or neutral.
