if u mean on counterfeit island, it's past the cave tour entrance. there's a bunch of trash bags and a dumpster. and a trash can. its where you'll find the dudes tickets for the cave tour. at the bottom of the can i mean. i got stuck there 4 the longest time and i accidentally clicked on the trash can and found them. :) lucky mistake i guess.
