It... doesnt really contain mew. It did in red, blue, and green (and maybe yellow) but now it doesn't. The game designers put in the empty truck just to tick you off. Yes, they are mean. Mew was obtained by other means in Pokemon Red, Blue and Yellow but cannot be obtained by the same methods in Pokemon FireRed or LeafGreen.Unfortunately, The truck holds no secrets in the Pokemon games.

To get mew outside of gen 1 games, you need to cheat, get it from an event, or trade for it. Mew was only obtainable in gen 1 games via a tricky glitch. google mew glitch if interested.

If you aren't hiding it and they didn't repossess it then it has been stolen. Call the police and report that your truck has been stolen.
