The turn signal/hazard flasher are controlled by the ETACS module, an integral component of the interior fuse and relay box under the driver's side dashboard. If you're sure it's the flasher, you'd probably have to replace the whole box.
Check your hazards (four-ways) If they don't work either, change the switch.
