One of the bulbs is burnt out and not working.
If the check engine light is blinking , a cylinder misfire has been detected Avoid any quick acceleration until repairs are made to avoid damaging the catalytic converter
That means that your bulb is getting ready to blow so u might need to put another one in cause when it blows it still blinks in the inside of the car but not on the outside. In my experience, it means that one of your turn indicator bulbs has already blown. Try turning on the blinkers in the direction that blinks rapidly and get out (while the car is stopped, of course!) and look at the front and rear turn inidcator lights on that side. You will probably see that one is not blinking. If you check and the bulbs are good, you may have a short somewhere. Good luck. === If it is just a random clicking noise but the signals still actually works, check out this forum for fixing it up http://www.grandamgt.com/forum/showthread.php?t=50126&highlight=clicking+signal+light
Blinking is not typically considered a flinch, although both are reflexive responses. Blinking is a natural reflex that helps protect the eyes from irritants and maintain moisture, while a flinch is a quick reaction to fear or surprise. While both involve involuntary muscle contractions, they serve different purposes and are triggered by different stimuli.
The amber light blinking on a UK road means you can still cross if your quick enough. The light indicates to a driver that if the crossing is clear the vehicle can go, but if there is someone on there they have to wait until they have crossed over.
Oh, what a lovely question! Blinking and flinching may seem similar, but they're actually quite different. Blinking is a natural reflex that helps keep our eyes moist and protected, while flinching is a quick, involuntary reaction to a sudden stimulus or threat. Both are perfectly normal ways our bodies respond to the world around us.

The effectiveness or strength of FM signal boosters is roughly measured in "db". Db means decibels, a measure of signal strength above noise. A quick search revealed boosters for sale ranging from 14db to 25db. More db = stronger.
Ice, as it causes bruising to go down.
