The flasher is located behind the drivers side plastic panel covering the fan motor (center consul) under the dash. If you remove the panel and look to the bottom right-hand side where the panel was, you should see a black rectangular block about 1" by 1" by 1-1/2" tall. It has 3 prongs on the connection when the wires are removed. Hope that helps.
