The speed sensor is located by the driver side transaxle on the transmission.
1- Disconnect the left driveaxle from the side gear shaft
2- Remove the speed sensor retaining bolt
3- Unplug the speed sensor electrical connection
4- Remove the speed sensor

The speed sensor is a small green plastic box located to the left side of the radio. If you remove the plastic panel under the steering wheel and look under the dash next to the radio you will find it.
