On the factory floor, it is at upper right. Turn on the power switches (middle one all the way down, the other two halfway) and ride the claw crane at the top of the room. When you reach the right side, jump off and enter the vents.
You *must* have the vent blueprints from the roof window outside. You can use the Carrot Transporter to get it.
