the wall carving in the underground tunnel. you go in the tunnel from the back with the agent by it, climb up the chain, go right until you see this old ladder, climb up it and use the picture you got to match the wall carving to it.
The wall carvings on Shark Tooth Island in Poptropica can be moved into the correct position. Once the code is entered the temple will open and you can enter.
The carvings are in the underground area below the ruins. You will open the door using the hieroglyphic translation key (see related question). To the left below the "toothed" walls is the creature bone (one of the three ingredients), and to the far left is a chamber with the green "key ingredient" and a carving that shows how they are mixed with coconut milk to create a secret potion.

The wall variously known as the Wailing Wall or the Western Wall was built by King Herod as a retaining wall for the west side of the platform surrounding the Temple -- part of Herod's extensive remodeling of the Temple. It was the outermost wall dividing the Temple from the city of Jerusalem, and in the time when the Temple stood, it had no great importance except as physical support for the Temple grounds. The Romans destroyed the Temple, but in failing to destroy the Western Wall, they left it to become a monument to the Temple, hence its modern sacred status.
