Really? You want to decorate your house with Soap Opera designs? Personally I think that's a little tacky and unoriginal but whatever.... My best bet would be to try Ikea - that's usually where Soap Opera stuff can usually be found.

Usually, there is drywall under the wallpaper. It is not difficult to remove the wallpaper (by steaming, or another method) to get to the basic drywall. Then, you can texture it and then paint it.
A long answer. The town area of Dunedin lies on a flat area abutting a series of hills. So the early surveyor found it comfortable to lay out a rectangular grid of streets on the flat; and on the hill slopes, another rectangular set of streets but angled at 45o to those on the flat. So the main street follows along this hill/flat junction, and an Octagon was used in the centre to join these two geometries. The Northern part of this main street is George Street, and the Southern part is named Princes Street. And the bit crossing the middle of the Octagon has no name.
