Where is the water pump located on a 1992 Pontiac Grand am SE and how hard is it to relplace?

The water pump is located on the passenger's side of the vehicle near where the engine belt is located (on a 3.3L engine). It seems to be a little difficult to get to. Have always had someone else replace my water pump don't know how difficult it is to replace.
