The water pump on the 1995 Chrysler Concord is located behind a metal plate located in front of the engine just behind the main fly wheel that has the two drive belts. You must remove the metal plate that contains about 14 bolts and remove the plate then you will see the water pump behind the timing belt. It contains three screws that must be removed. Purchase a Automotive manual for your car and follow the directions pretty much to the letter.
