The 3.3 it runs off of the serpentine belt.
The 3.5 it runs off of the timing belt.
inside the front of the engine, driven by the timing belt
the fuel pump is in the gas tank
it is possible your radiator is clogged
There are three bolts. 10mm socket
the water pump is driven by the timing belt.
If you have a 3.5 liter motor, take it to an independent shop, I would not recommend it for d-i-y ers.

On the 3.5 intrepid engine, the water pump is run by the timing "belt"- no timing chain on this motor. Not sure about the 3.3 motor. On the 3.3L the water pump is driven by the serpentine belt.
