If you follow your cars lower radiator hose it runs right to the pump. It is located right behind the first pulley you see when you open the hood. Remove belt and bolts and there is your water pump.
Check fuel pump pressure Should be 15-23 with engine idling 23-31 key on engine off
engine off and ignition on: 23 to 31 psi engine at idle: 13 to 20 psi

I would pul the belt off and turn over the pulleys by hand to find out which bearing is seized up. You will need to replace the component that has failed. Mark
No, more than likely it is the fuel system. If it was the oil pump the sensor will not let the engine turn over. Your problem is more than likely your fuel filter is clogged up. Or your fuel pump is weak and going out.
turn key on it should be 41-47. engine running at idle it should be 31-44 if not change the pump
At idle 13-20 psi With ignition on without engine running 23-31 psi NEW ANSWER: The book says 9 to 13 LBS.
You may have air trapped in your cooling system. Remove the cap when cold, fill up the radiator, run the engine at idle and keep topping off the collant level. Run the heater while you do this. If coolant does not circulate, then your water pump is bad or your thermostat is stuck. I would check thermostat and then the water pump.
Remove filler cap and turn key to "on" position and listen for humming sound Check fuel pressure: At engine idle 13-20 psi Key on engine off 23-31 psi
Sounds like your not getting fuel to the engine. Check to see at the injectors. if you dont replaced the ingnition fuse.. maybe is the cause....check the fuse...is on the fuse box...next to the water deposit
