The wheel jack on the Picasso is located in a plastic case (which also doubles up as a wedge to stop the car rolling back) inside the spare tyre. To access the spare tyre you will need to locate the winding handle. This is kept in one of the two floor storage bins in the rear passanger footwell. Use this to "unwind" the spare tyre using the bolt located in the boot under the carpet "lift up flat" to the right of the boot. Wind the tyre down and unhook the tyre to find the plastic case which is held inside the wheel. The jack is inside this case. A word of warning: The jack on my Picasso stripped it's thread as I trtied to use it to jack the car up!

The jack is kept in a large leather-like bag in the rear compartment. Basically, if you don't see it while looking around in the rear of the van, you don't have one.
