I don't know the windiest place over all, but Quebec windfarms - the one near Cap-Chat in the Gaspé and the other near Matane in the Lower St. Lawrence region - have average wind velocities of 28 kilometres an hour. St John's, Newfoundland and Labrador is the windiest city with an average annual wind speed of 24 kilometres per hour. == ==
