It is located below the windshield washer reservoir. You will have to remove the reservoir to get to it, but this is a very simple task. Then again, I do not have many extras mounted under the hood (not even Power Steering) so there is lots of room to work. Once the reservoir is unscrewed from its mounts, you can simply unplug the pump from its electrical connection, and pull off the rubber hose which feeds fluid to the windshield. After that, you just pull the pump out of the rubber connector in the bottom of the reservoir. I bought a replacement pump at Auto Zone for under $25. The replacement was not exactly like the original, so I recommend you take yours with you to the parts store.

After reconnecting everything, I got no fluid on the widshield, so I followed the supply tube up to the hood, found a "T" connector (for sending fluid to both sides of the windshield), disconnected the rubber hose/tube from there and tested again. Fluid squirted freely out of the open tube, so I reconnected everything. After that, everything worked fine, so I assume there was an air bubble in the hose.

Whole process took about an hour, including the trip to Auto Zone.

p.s. 225,000 miles and counting.... awesome truck!
